How your request is handled
You can stop at any point in these steps.
- You choose a service and write what you would like to know.
- We forward it to a provider who works in or near Santa Barbara.
- The provider contacts you directly to talk about a consultation.
- A licensed provider sees you, explains what is suitable, and you decide yes or no.
After you send a request
Your request goes to a provider in or near Santa Barbara. The provider is the one who contacts you, by phone, text or email, based on the consent you gave on the form.
When they get in touch, they may ask a few questions about what you are looking for and suggest a time for a consultation. You can accept, ask for another time, or say you are no longer interested. Nothing is booked until you agree to it with the provider.
Changing your mind about your details
You stay in control of your request. If you decide you do not want to hear from the provider, you can tell them directly when they contact you.
You can also ask for your request to be withdrawn. The steps are on the privacy page. As a reminder, the details shared with the provider are the ones you typed into the form: name, email, phone, service and message.
Tell a provider in Santa Barbara what you would like to ask. You decide what happens after you talk.
